What is not shown is the out of control traffic. No one stays in their lane, hardly any working traffic lights, filth everywhere, the madness of the driving is the most dangerous and chaotic I have ever seen. Huge traffic jams and everyone does what they please. People crossing the streets everywhere. Overcrowded? NO traffic regulations or obedience, just go for it. Just came from there and this place has gone to the dogs. By the way, I was born there. The island has turned to an overgrown ghetto!

The Dominican Republic is the most corrupt island you can go to. In a million years I would never go to this shit hole. Years ago my friend was set up by the government and spent 6 months in prison he was 16 and it was for a joint of weed. He was never the same after his experience and it cost his parents 100k to get him out. I've traveled to Jamaica aruba Mexico and many other places in the Caribbean Cuba ect and not in a million years would I go to the Dominican Republic. But keep listening to these cheap ass English people
