Ahh the smell of a newly-opened bag of Doritos. Classic, delicious, and some might say it’s not to be messed with. However, Dorito classicists need to watch out because there’s a new flavour in town and we think it sounds pretty damn good.
Doritos is joining forces with Burger King to create a brand-new tortilla chip flavour, and boy are we excited about this one.
The new crisps will combine the classic cheesy flavour of Doritos with the meatiness of a Burger King Flame Grilled Whopper. That is one big crisp flavour combo – think nachos with a nicely charred burger on top.
First spotted online on Instagram by the beady-eyed @treatsinstore, they rumoured to be launching in UK shops at the end of February. Eek!

It’s safe to say that fans are pumped, taking to the comment to demand the stockists of the new tortilla chips. Exactly which shops the new Doritos will be available in is unclear, but we’ll absolutely keep you posted as soon as we hear anything from the brand.
If you can’t wait that long, perhaps a trip to Burger King itself is in order to sample the chain’s new Bakon King range. Just in time for Veganuary, Burger King’s new plant-based menu items consists of a whopping SIX burgers, including The Chicken Royale Bacon King, The Bacon King (Single or Double), The Vegan Royale Bakon King and The Plant-Based Bakon King (Single or Double).
