MI is the worst company ever. They broke my front camera with software refused to repair it over water damage then broke my finger print scanner while opening the phone and refused to repair it. Never buy these fraud companies. They are a yearly scam companies. I was such a MI fan boy now I'll actively pursue people against it.

From my personal experience, the Mi service centre is the worst, I submitted my Dead Poco x3 pro and it's been 2 months yet no updates nothing. They are just delaying my repair by saying "parts are out of inventory" poco is a scam Brand when it comes to after-sale service and quality.
My friend drops his realme 9 pro plus but he didn't tell about it SC his mobile display was blacked out inside but no external damage outside so realme repaired it free of cost
