The side handles are actually quite useful because you can use those to attach it externally to a peak design backpack so it becomes sort of like a detachable daypack.
I have read stuff about how there are two versions of this. V1 and V2. But nothing showing the differences between the two. Do you know what they changed and if the one currently being sold on the site is V1 or V2? It looks like the one in amazon called "the original".
The side handles are handy for people who put the pouch inside the Peak Design Everyday Backpack. You open the side access then grab the handle to pull the Tech Pouch out.
I wish I waited until I knew there was a sage green and could have supported your channel, but I went to a camera place here because I was impatient and could not wait! It was not an impulse buy, been eyeing this pouch for 3 or 4 years now, since I seen Chase Reeves review. My mother-in-law saw my purchase yesterday, and wants one also, so you may be in luck for an affiliate purchase soon.
This would be perfect for travelling as I carry my camera and editing gear with me! The place for pens would also be perfect for my Apple Pen. I was thinking maybe this is too bulky for me but I can't deny that I do need this space.. Life would be so much simpler and my backpack lighter if I'd only use my phone 😂
I use this for travel only since it’s too bulky for general use. I use the bellroy classic pouch instead as a daily tech pouch. It’s minimalistic and can fit everything I need in it, including a few lady products. I like how it can smush in my bag to fit with my binders
Did you know that Peak Design has a smaller version of their Wash Pouch? I recently purchased one in Sage for shorter trips and now prefer it to the regular Wash Pouch. There is no information or reviews on any website, including their own.
I currently jump back and forth between the Evergoods CAP and the Mission Workshop Tech Pouch. Just kind of depends on what I’m carrying and also what bag I’m using. The Evergoods is pretty beefy, while the MW pouch is much flatter. Both are awesome. I assume the PD pouch is similar in size to the CAP, but there is just way too much going on in that PD pouch for my taste.
Bought it, loved it, but got sick of the bulk in about a week. The organization is amazing and I still use it when I travel and carry more stuff, but it's overkill for me for everyday. I use the Aer slim pouch now.
Great tech pouch. Bit of a brick but holds so much. Believe it or not you can fit the wireless Sony noise canceling headphones in there or an iPad mini depending on what else you have in there. The size at first put me off but the fact I can combine two previous pouches into one makes the size worth it. PD Tech kit, Nomatic toiletry 2.0, PD Medium packing cube are my 3 pieces I travel with and go everywhere with me. Love this thing
for me I was on the lookout for a tech pouch and decided against this one because it’s simply too big. it’s a great fit for some but I think the vast majority of people do not have enough cables and dongles and whatever to fill this up, it’s kind of niche
I love this tech pouch. The handles on the end are great for pulling it out of a bag if you place it in on an end. My only complaint is it can get bulky if stuffed full. This is why you might want to put it in a bag on end.

Does the Peak Design Tech Pouch fit a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse?

Cool review 🙂
Thumbs up for the super useful alternative suggestions with links to the full reviews. Your humor is much like mine, so that helps too lol

Would love to see someone adapt this to a cross body sling type bag with the loops they add. I like the smaller size of the tech pack.

Thanks for the content! I just ordered this using your link in the description. I wanted the peak design bag, but 260 is a bit too much rn 😛

Can it fit a PS4 controller?
The side handles are invaluable to take out the pouch from peak design everyday from the side. Thanks for the video!
I love this pouch for traveling. For my every day tech pouch needs though I use the Aer Slim Tech pouch.
Peak Design makes some quality shit…love their products
The handles on the side are there to use when removing from the Peak Design Everyday backpack!
I use mine every single day
