You missed an entire step how did you get the ice cream out of the Cuisinart and into a bowl and what about the Frozen areas of milk that are on the bottom and the sides of the Cuisinart what about that why don't you guys go from start to finish without skipping these steps so disappointed in these videos
It would help to know what temperature the mixture should be. At 41 degrees and with the bowl frozen (no sloshing sound), after 30 mins I still had what I started with…very sweet cream. In short a big fail!!
I noticed that you didn't show how to remove the ice cream from the ice cream maker. Is there a trick? Mine froze HARD to the sides right away and I scratched the sides of the container scraping it out. What's the proper way?

I think I’d prefer to make it with a machine though it’s more complicated but you add a few more ingredients and I think that would make it taste better and be somewhat fail proof.

Just got one of these for Xmas. Be aware: the volume of ice cream will increase and overflow the freezing pot as it churns. Otherwise, pretty good.

My freezer is slowly dying… my Harris Teeter grocery store sells dry ice: 1 one pound block for one hour freezes it up!
